After opting out of SMS messages, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request. You will no longer receive SMS communications unless you provide new consent.

• Clicking the unsubscribe link included with the email
• Contacting the business directly
• Replying with “UNSUBSCRIBE” where applicable

Future Platform Communications

Peach Suite Pro is being developed as a multi-tenant software platform for independent spas, salons, estheticians, and other service-based businesses. When Peach Suite Pro is made available to third-party businesses, SMS and email communications will be sent on behalf of the participating business with whom the recipient has an established relationship and has provided appropriate consent.

Each participating business will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required customer consents and complying with applicable laws, carrier requirements, industry regulations, and platform policies governing SMS and email communications.

Prior to using SMS messaging services through Peach Suite Pro, participating businesses must satisfy all applicable registration, verification, and compliance requirements established by messaging providers and mobile carriers. Businesses must also maintain a compliant SMS consent policy, privacy policy, and terms of service that meet the standards established by Just Peachy Data and Peach Suite Pro.

Failure to comply with applicable messaging requirements, carrier policies, platform policies, or consent obligations may result in suspension or termination of messaging services and, when necessary, suspension or termination of access to the Peach Suite Pro platform.

Future Business User Responsibilities

Businesses and users of Peach Suite Pro are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining lawful consent from their clients prior to transmitting SMS or email communications.

Users of Peach Suite Pro shall maintain records of all signed consent forms, electronic consent acknowledgements, web form submissions, intake documents, and/or other records demonstrating client consent for SMS and email communications.

Consent records should be retained in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and business record retention policies.

Peach Suite Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate messaging services for any user or business found to be in violation of applicable messaging laws, carrier regulations, anti-spam requirements, or platform communication policies.
